Seattle's franchise has crashed into existence, bolstering the full fury of the seven seas.

Another franchise has been officially announced as part of the coming Call of Duty League in the Seattle Surge. The team, which boasts a blue trident as its logo and a tagline of 'Drown Them Out' will be the state of Washington's answer to the call of the League's championship.

The Surge is part of the Luminosity family, meaning it is a sister team to the Vancouver Titans of the Overwatch League. If you'd like to check out Seattle's team, you can check out their announcement video here.

As for the roster the Surge will be fielding that has been announced already and will feature; Damon "Karma" Barlow, Ian "Enable" Wyatt, Sam "Octane" Larew, Josiah "Slacked" Berry and Bryan "Apathy" Zhelyazkov.

The announcement and branding of the Surge makes them the second franchise heading into the Call of Duty League with a nautical theme ever since the Mutineers revealed themselves a few days ago. The question on who will be ruler of the oceans is yet to be decided but it should make for an entertaining rivalry when the League kicks off in 2020.

Will you be supporting the Seattle Surge in the Call of Duty League?
