The entire AS Monaco Gambit Dota 2 roster has been moved to inactive

Gambit Esports: "We'll let you know later about the future of the roster."

AS Monaco Gambit, a Gambit Esports' Dota 2 team, has made the decision to move its entire roster to inactive. Revealed over Twitter yesterday, the esports organisation has not given a reason for the roster move as of yet, and has simply stated, "We'll let you know later about the future of the roster."

AS Monaco Gambit is one of two Dota 2 rosters run by Gambit Esports, with the other simply going by the organisation's name. This team was picked up in February 2021, and has seen various changes over the year, all in an effort to qualify and make a run in The International 10, which it failed to do so. Since then, the team has been competing in lower-tiered events.

While, as we noted a moment ago, Gambit is yet to officially announce the reason for the roster being made inactive, it seems likely that this means player releases and new signings are likely on the way, as AS Monaco Gambit prepares for another run at the next International.
