Team Empire has acquired Maliwan from Magicians

Fitoo has been traded as part of the competitive Apex Legends deal.

Team Empire has revealed that it has acquired Alexey "Maliwan" Rusinov from the organisation, Magicians, as part of a deal that has seen Artem "fitoo" Ivanov traded to Magicians in place of Maliwan.

Revealed in a Twitter post, Team Empire stated, "Today our squad has been strengthened with Alexey «Maliwan» Rusinov. He's more than happy to join Empire's active roster and looking forward to new challenges," before also adding, "Unfortunately we have to part ways with fitoo. We thank him for everything, and wish best of luck!"

Team Empire and Magicians have made this trade a few weeks ahead of the second split of the Apex Legends Global Series 2022 Pro League, which starts on February 26 and runs until March 27.
