A few months ago, Sony added the fighting tournament Evo into the PlayStation family, and since then, we've been waiting to hear more about what the deal will hold. And now, that day has arrived as Sony has now revealed the Evo Community PlayStation 4 tournaments.
The Evo Community Series will take place between June 10 and August 3, and will see over 120 tournaments spread out across the globe, offering up $74,000 in cash prizes. The three PlayStation tournaments that will fill the bulk of the Evo Community Series will be; FGC Arcade: Evo Edition set between June 10-22; Evo 2021 Online Warm-up set for June 26-July 13; Evo 2021 Online Side Tournaments between July 8-August 3.
Following this, between August 6-8 and August 13-15, Evo 2021 Online is planned, with anyone from North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America able to sign up to compete, in what is known as the longest running fighting tournament of all time.
