Lim "BoxeR" Yo-Hwan , a famous South Korean StarCraft: Brood War and StarCraft II player, has been inducted into the ESL Esports Hall of Fame. His inclusion marks the first time a StarCraft player has ever been added to the Hall of Fame.

His performance in the early days of the StarCraft Esports scene is notable not just because of his skill, but because he popularised the Terran as a viable faction to play and changed the perception of the race in professional play, forever earning himself the title of 'Terran Emperor'.

In terms of personal accolades, BoxeR has won the KGPA Tour, came first in two StarLeague tournaments, and has two World Cyber Games wins to his name.

BoxeR also helped found several Esports organisations. He helped create SK Telecom's Esports team, which have since gone on to be a household name due to its success both in StarCraft and League of Legends. During his time in the South Korean military, he created "Airforce Challenge E-sports" - a team composed of players from the Korean Air Force. Lastly, he founded the hugely successful SlayerS team, which went on to win the GSL Team League multiple times.
