Chairman and CEO of ONE Championship Chatri Sityodtong has announced that ONE Esports has launched with Japanese global media agency Dentsu, becoming Asia's largest esports championship series featuring Dota 2, Tekken, Street Fighter, and more.
The first events are coming this October in Tokyo and December in Singapore, and Sityodtong also uses this time as an opportunity to reveal Carlos Alimurung as CEO of ONE Esports, who has been Chief Business Officer at Battlefy.
What's more is that ONE Esports has partnered with esports producers PGL as well, so this is definitely something to look out for moving forward, especially since "big announcements" are promised.
