Call of Duty League set to return on February 11

An anniversary tournament will also be taking place on January 23.

HQ

Activision has finally announced the return date for the Call of Duty League. The world-class esports league is set to officially kick-off its 2021 season on February 11, with the Opening Weekend tournament hosted by the Atlanta Faze organisation.

This will mark the official start of the second season of the Call of Duty League, following last year's inaugural season. However, eager fans will be glad to know that professional Call of Duty competition will be returning as soon as January 23 for the Kickoff Classic event - set to mark the one year anniversary of when the League started in 2020. The Kickoff Classic will be spread over two days and is also set to bring fan-voted show matches, 2021 season details and a group selection show, so plenty to check out if you're a CDL fan.

As for what we do know about this season of the Call of Duty League, we know that aside from the LA Thieves joining the fray in place of Optic Gaming LA, all of the same teams are returning, and we also know that the season will be played on Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, in a 4v4 format (down from last season's 5v5).

Be sure to catch all the action as it begins over the coming week at the Call of Duty League website.

Meski ia menyajikan cerita yang fantastis, jelas bahwa bagian multiplayer-nya masih membutuhkan tambahan untuk bisa menawarkan sesuatu yang baru dan berbeda.
